A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time HR Administrator / PA to join our clients Head Office in Eastbourne. You’ll be working 21 hours per week over 3 days and will be met with a competitive salary.
Position Summary
As a HR Administrator / PA, you will provide HR administration and PA support to the Operations Director.
Your other responsibilities will include:
• Supporting recruitment campaigns for vacancies and co-ordinating interviews
• Entering new starter information onto payroll and HR systems
• Ensuring an induction pack, Contract and Job Description is provided to the New Employees Manager before the date in which the New Employee joins
• Ensuring all payroll related documentation is passed to Payroll Clerk promptly
• Maintaining and updating HR system with any employee changes
• Providing support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Arranging travel, meetings, training venues as required
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• 2 years Administration experience
• Excellent communicator
• Strong Microsoft Windows skills – Excel/Word/Outlook
• A range of soft skills that include diplomacy, empathy and confidentiality
• Strong organisational skills, including time/deadline management
• Exceptional attention to detail
