Siebel Analyst
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne
Travel: Possibility for travel to client sites throughout the UK

Qualifications
What skills & experience are we looking for?
?? Siebel CRM Administration within a Development and Test environment.
?? Siebel Server Installation and configuration within UNIX / Red Hat infrastructure.
?? Understanding of the Siebel deployment process i.e. experience in performing hotfixes (SIF's, SRF's, LOV's, WebServices etc.)
?? Configuration of the Siebel Tools Thick client.
?? Ability to create Local Database extracts for developers.
?? CTI - Configuration of Telephony within the Siebel Enterprise (User and Handset configuration within Siebel)
?? Informatica Administration
?? DevOps Toolset Experience (Jenkins, Puppet, GIT, Packer)
Desirable:
?? Experience of performing Siebel upgrades (Siebel 8.1.1.10 to IP2015)
?? Configuration of Open UI within the Siebel Application
