School Administrator
Leeds

A leading Primary School in the North Leeds area are on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join them on a permanent basis due to growth. Looking to appoint a friendly and vibrant individual with an eye for attention to detail, who is able to communicate with staff at all levels, pupils and parents.

Your role as a School Administrator will involve:
- Running daily reports and using internal monitoring systems
- Reception cover on a ad hoc basis
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Working continuously with school databases to manage pupil data
- Handling telephone enquiries and visitors to the school
- General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry
- Acting as a personal assistant to the head teacher
- Acting as a Clerk to the Governors, preparing documents and minute taking
- Act as a point of contact for parents / carers in the first instance
- Communicate with outside agencies, contractors and other appointments as and when need be
- Effectively manage and correspond to email inbox

An ideal School Administrator will have the following qualities:
- A brilliant communicator, who can build relationships quickly
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Must have experience working in a Primary school previously
- Strong ICT Skills, Preferably experienced in the use of SIMs or Intergris
- Resillient and able to work under own initiative
- Honest and hard working
