Trainee Surveyor

Permanent/Salary dependent on experience

Patrick B Doyle (Construction) Ltd is a family run business with over 35 years worth of experience in the construction industry. We undertake a variety of projects and our aim is to provide a professional and personal service to all our clients be they major industrial companies, housing associations, developers, local authorities, the equine industry or individuals. We have gained an enviable reputation for our expertise in the equine industry, for the construction of both training establishments and stud farms.

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Surveyor

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates and tenders
• Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts
• Project Management including liaising with clients
• Contract negotiations
• Procurement of subcontractors
• Project analysis and reporting of monthly CVR's
• Lead time and dead line management

Key Requirements

• Relevant technical degree/experience in the construction industry
• Good negotiation and client management skills
• Experience of design and build contracts
• Good Industry awareness
• Driving licence
