PARISH LENGTHSMAN - APPRENTICE

Ramsgate Town Council is intending to appoint a Parish Lengthsman -Apprentice, to start in April 2017.

The job: Assisting the Parish Lengthsman in his/her work, learning skills on the job and part time at College. The successful applicant will learn a wide variety of craft based skills in building and machine maintenance. The post is structured so that the successful applicant will achieve NVQ3 standard over two years.

Total hours per week: 37 hours.

Pay: £4 per hour (National minimum rate set for) / 22 days holiday per year.
