Are you talented in a range of artistic skills and techniques? As an enthusiastic Art Teacher are you able to inspire KS3 and KS4 students with your appreciation for art and your passion for creativity?

At Quality Teachers we believe communication is the key to a professional and successful working relationship. We strive to listen to our candidates and find the right position to meet their needs.

We are building an education community that we are incredibly proud of and are looking to find high quality Teachers to join our team.

This Art Teacher position will teach a variable timetable of both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 class groups. You will be required to follow existing schemes of work and teach students a range of artistic techniques. It is vital that you are passionate about your subject in order to engage learners and assist them in developing their skills and make good progress. This Ofsted 'Good' school caters for around 1200 students and they are dedicated in celebrating the diversity and success of each and every student. One of the school's main aims is that students develop a love of learning and take responsibility for their own education - this is achieved through the delivery of a innovative and broad curriculum, and the provision of opportunities for independent learning. Having previously been graded as inadequate by Ofsted, the school has shown an improvement in recent years and the work to improve further is ongoing.

'Staff really enjoy working here - we are an improving school and know what we need to do to become outstanding. Senior leaders support us in the delivery of this aim and it feels like we are a real team.' I was told by one current member of the teaching staff.

To join the QT team and be successful in this Art Teacher role you will:
*Hold QTS or equivalent qualifications that allow you to be placed in schools
*Have effective classroom management
*Build and develop professional relationships with both school staff and students
*Be provided with various development opportunities as your career within education flourishes

In return for your hard work and assistance in maintaining the Quality Teachers reputation in the market, we offer competitive rates of pay, 24 hour contact with your dedicated local consultant, access to CPD, refer a friend scheme and an honest and trustworthy service. In addition to this we will provide opportunities to meet with other educational professionals at our coffee mornings and variety of events.
