You will be based in a busy office ensuring the business generated by the Practice is processed correctly and in a timely manner. The practise are a leading, highly regarded financial planner in the market.
The Role
* You will be working with the Directors and Practice Advisor's. You will be checking CFRs, collating client information, preparing suitability letters, preparing illustrations, managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems. You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems.
* You will need to ensure that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely way.
* You will be liaising with third parties on a daily basis.
The Person
* This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who is enjoys using their initiative and who has a "can do" working style.
* You have been working for an IFA or in a Wealth Management environment and you hold the Level 4 Dip PFS qualification or are working towards this. You have experience of the administration of IHT, Pension, Investment and Protection products as either a Senior Administrator or a Paraplanner.
* You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised.
* You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
Key Responsibility

* Gather relevant information
* To assimilate & segregate information gathered by the Adviser on the CFR
* To liaise with the Adviser & Client as appropriate to fill any information gaps
* To gather ceding scheme information from third parties
* To work within & stay up to date with template changes & advice notes
* Construct a Compliant & robust Suitability Letter
* To work within a regulated environment
* To work within the constraints of templates
* To replay client wants, needs, problems & consequences of no action
* To write the letter using correct grammar & spelling
* To stay abreast of legislative changes
* Liaise with Head Office admin centres as required
* Familiar with all major research systems (e.g., Analytics, Voyant, etc.)
* To use check-lists to ensure quality of documentation is suitable
* Achieve & Maintain Relevant Qualifications
* Responsible for own study
* Diploma qualified or working towards it
* Able to pass regular internal testing of knowledge
* Attend forums and workshops as appropriate
