Technical Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of a volume housebuilder based in Watford. They are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to oversee all technical aspects of both RC frames apartments and traditional build housing. The role will be of a typical residential development Technical Coordinator and involve appointing and managing external consultants, checking drawings and answering site questions as they arise.

Candidates will need to have worked for either:

A housebuilder as a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager.
A contractor that builds residential projects as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager.
An architectural practice as a Project Architect and have managed external consultants
