Asbestos Operative

Key Accountabilities
- To attend site and carry out asbestos removal works on a variety of buildings - commercial, industrial and residential premises.
- Carry out all site works in accordance with the plan of works, method statement and risk assessment.
- Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with the regulatory requirements and given instructions.
- To work within the Company Policies and Procedures to ensure achievement and maintenance of accreditation's
- Any other reasonable duties as requested
Qualifications and Experience
- Two years` experience in the Asbestos industry
- Hold a current Licensed Asbestos Training Certificate
- Good knowledge of current H&S and asbestos regulations
- Driving Licence
- All training certified and up to date
- Friendly, calm and professional manner
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
Additional Information
You must also be able to provide the following information when requested
- Relevant CSCS card
- Asbestos Medical Certificates
- Face Fit Certificates
- Full Training history and certificates
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
For this role, you will also need a Basic Electrical Safety Competence Card and Northern Grid Tickets
