Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant GBP18,000-GBP25,000 base- OTE GBP40,000k Year 1 -
CPI Selection is a rapidly growing recruitment specialist company covering Multilingual Sales / Contact Centre / IT and Technology Sales Recruitment, with both a specialist Temporary and Permanent division basis.

Previous successful candidates range from a variety of backgrounds/sectors, B2B Sales Executives, Graduates, Retail Sales, Hospitality Management, Estate Agency.

You'll be working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales environment. You'll be responsible for bring new clients and vacancies on-board, interviewing, evaluating and placing relevant candidates. You'll be contacting decision makers to discuss their current recruitment strategy and demonstrate how using our services will help them and their organisation. With excellent training and support you will convince these organisations to buy from and work with YOU.
