An amazing very large nursery in the Slough area ,near Windsor Castle, is looking to recruit Room Leader`s to join the team.
The salary is based on a 42.5 hours working week Monday to Friday.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Room Lead
Key Worker
Leading a room , leading a team.
EYFS planning
Observations.
Working in a large team.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
Safeguarding/First Aid Training
Knowledge of OFSTED standards
Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS
Excellent organisational skills
Good time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous relevant experience with under 5`s
Excellent rates of pay, bonuses and benefits with on-going support and career development
Senior Nursery Nurse, Room Leader, Head of Room,Supervisor, Senior experience a must to apply.
Large nursery experience working with in a large team a must to apply.
All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS
