Business Development Manager x2: The essentials.
* Previous Sales Experience in a target driven environment
* Work Based Learning or Educational Background is advantageous
* Passion and the ability to create successful solutions to clients individual needs
* Strong Commercial awareness teamed with a proven successful track record in a similar role
* Flexibility and a team player are essential requirements for this exciting newly created role
* Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)

Business Development Manager x2: The role.
* Reporting directly to the Business Manager you will be responsible for growing the apprenticeship and training provision of this Social Enterprise Training Provider
* Covering the East Midlands including Nottingham, Leicester & Derby you will be expected to generate your own leads by telephone and face to face methods & other networking activities.
* Ensure that KPI's are met and exceeded, also ensuring that the quality and excellent customer service is maintained to the highest standard.
* A Salary of GBP24,00 is on offer with OTE of GBP30K
* Mileage expenses paid at 22p per mile
* Company Pension
* 20 Days Holiday & Bank Holidays & 3 Additional Staff Fun Day (Fully Expensed)
* Laptop, Mobile Phone and Tools of the Trade
* CPD is on offer as well as Promotion within the company
* A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required.
