Superb executive search consultancy with first class reputation seeks an Procurement recruiter to join the team. With an established client base in the city of London and also around Europe, my client seeks a top notch recruiter to head up this niche division. This is a golden opportunity for an ambitious individual who likes to work in a considerate and highly consultative manner. The focus here is to build long term relationships , offering the client exceptional quality of service in your approach to finding the perfect candidates.
You will be given the opportunity to work for a superb M.D, one who truly believes his staff are his no 1 asset, and this is reflected by the happy, successful team that surrounds him.
What will you be doing?
You will be an experienced recruiter who has the desire to succeed. A proven, successful recruiter who maybe just wants more autonomy in their role, no KPI's and micro managing. With a huge client base in this niche market and a large black book of contacts, this is a delightful role for someone who wants to build long term relationships and make a name for themselves.
What can you bring?
We are looking for individuals who can achieve outstanding professional results, using your intelligence to create and maintain a positive work environment. Someone who works consultatively; listens to the needs of both client and candidate and gets positive results. You will be an excellent relationship builder, and someone who enjoys having fun at work!
