Are you an experienced Legal Cashier?
Do you enjoy analytical tasks and have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy?
If you possess a positive 'can do' attitude and are self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you!
Our client, a national law firm, is currently looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their team at their Birmingham based office. The successful candidate will also have excellent organisational skills and have a passion for providing a first class client service.
The role:
* Dealing with client account queries including allocating monies received.
* Raising office and client cheques.
* To input all invoices on the system and paid on a monthly basis.
* Carry out any transfers in accordance with Solicitors' accounts rules.
* Dealing with telephone queries from offices and clients.
* To understand the billing process and raise bills on a daily basis.
* Sending, receiving and recording CHAPS/Electronic payments.
* Ensure records are kept up to date on accounting system on both client and office transactions.
