Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working exclusively with DeepOcean for a Recruitment and Training Officer. The role will be to support the recruitment and selection processes to ensure DeepOcean is able to attract and recruit high calibre candidates. In addition to this you will be required to support training activities for both onshore and offshore personnel.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that all recruitment activities are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with current legislation and associated internal procedures
• Management of candidates though the whole recruitment process from taking initial enquiries to processing applications and CVs
• Development of campaign with Hiring Manager to understand the requirements of the role and target markets
• Development of adverts to maintain the DeepOcean brand and attract high quality candidates
• Maintenance of online application portal
• Development and maintenance of recruitment databases to track applications, status and feedback
• Respond to all job applications in a professional way to maintain brand and values
• Conduct initial screening processes to ensure that candidates have appropriate skills for position
• Develop and conduct selection activities
• Work alongside hiring managers to identify the most suitable applicants for each vacancy.
• Organise interviews and sending out interview invitations to both internal and external participants
• Utilizing social media and performing proactive talent searches
• Prepare and produce reports and statistics as and when required.
• Book approved training courses and provide attendees with associated information
• Work alongside the HR Assistant to ensure hard and soft filing systems are updated with associated certifications and qualifications
• Support the Company's Graduate Programme
• Liaise with internal and external suppliers to deliver the agreed training and development plan

Requirements
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business or Administration
• Experience of working within an internal recruitment team
• Basic understanding of HR working practices
• Experience of MS Office Packages
• Experience of HRMS and recruitment databases
• Experience on the delivery of Psychometric/ personality profile testing (desirable)
