Training Executive
Trainer; 12 months FTC; Paying up to GBP28,000 per annum; Based in Preston
Search Consultancy are looking for a Trainer on behalf of our Preston based client, working on an initial 12 month FTC basis. The Trainer will have strong experience and knowledge of Learning and Development, including requirements, needs and delivery of training. This Trainer position will offer a great opportunity to develop ones own Learning and Development experience in a highly professional environment for a very well respected and growing organisation.
The core duties and responsibilities of the Trainer role will include (but will by no means be limited to):
* Delivery of Training courses to a wide variety of staff
* Identifying training and development needs.
* Assisting with the design of L&D and training platforms, including working on the Learning Management System (LMS)
* Creating and maintaining the schedule of training and the delivery of induction programmes.
* Managing and keeping up-to-date training materials
Essential criteria:
* Strong in-depth knowledge and experience designing, evaluating and delivering in a standalone Training role;
* A confident person who is not phased talking to large groups
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of course design, ROI and defining learning outcomes. The client is looking for a Trainer that has experience in either systems and technical training or behavioural training. The ability to train all levels of staff in as broad a capacity as possible is essential.
