A role has come up for a Maintenance Engineer/ Fabric Engineer with a particular focus on basic electrical works (Changing a light bulb). This role will work in a team that maintain the general upkeep of buildings in the company's portfolio covering a range of disciplines such as:
Basic plumbing
Unlocking toilets
Replacing locks
Floor repairs
Basic Electrical works
Carpentry
Joinery
Painting
Decorating
Typical tasks will involve replacing fixtures, hanging doors, basic electrics - training on emergency lighting, redecorating, simple rewiring, basic plumbing. The team will look for you to assist where possible and turn your hand to anything that you can
