We have found ourselves in the enviable position of having far too much work, and not enough nurses. This is where we hope you can help.
Main Purpose of Role:
Recruitment consultants are the life blood of a medical agency. It is their job to attract new nurses and healthcare assistants to work with TNA Medical, collect their compliance documentation, gather their availability and then to manage their working life as they begin contracting through TNA Medical.
These workers are often seen as a commodity by other agencies, viewed as the "product" to sell to the client. TNA Medical realises that the nurses and HCA's who choose to work with us are also our customers and should be treated accordingly. The right recruitment consultants will see them the same way.
Key Skills:
• Highly personable - the right candidate will be able to quickly build a rapport with a wide range of people, understand their motivations for doing agency work and efficiently find them placements.
• Good negotiator - It is important that the recruitment consultant is able to establish a pay rate with the candidate that is both fair for them but also makes them competitively priced against other workers.
• Ability to Multitask - an established recruitment consultant will be managing availability, placements, training and compliance documents for 30-40 candidates. Organisation and multitasking ability is essential to effectively perform this role.
• Previous/Recent experience in Nursing Recruitment
Desirable
• Car driver & own transport
