CMD Recruitment is recruiting for an apprenticeship officer to join a large National Training provider.
The role would suit somebody who has experience in either recruitment or sales and wants to transfer these skills into another sector.
Based in the Leeds City Region, Apprenticeship Officers will work in partnership and collaboration within locally defined areas to attract learners onto apprenticeship opportunities with the Apprenticeship Hub brokerage service, as a Provider of Choice; the primary focus of attraction being around 16 - 18 year old learners.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence, will be passionate and have the ability to successfully network. This role will suit innovative, dynamic, target driven people who can add value through the Apprenticeship agenda.
The essential requirements are :
• Successful sales or recruitment experience
• Successful proven achievements of sourcing and closing new business opportunities
• Proven track record of commercial revenue generation
• Experience in field based sales
• Knowledge and application of relevant selling techniques including presentation skills
• ICT Skills (including use of Excel, Outlook and bespoke software systems)
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work according to own initiative
• Experience in influencing people and the ability to be able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of vocational training, the skills industry and funding requirements
