Managing the Lighting Maintenance for Large Retail Chains including the large DIY and High Street names.
GBP26,000 to GBP36,000 OTE including negotiable Basic GBP18,500 to GBP22,000 + GBP500 per month Guarantee whilst training + Company Van + Pension + Career Prospects Engineers earn between GBP7k and GBP10,000 bonus the very good earn GBP10k to GBP12,000 and the exceptional earn between GBP12,000 and GBP15,000 + per year in Bonus on top of their Basic.
Fully Qualified to C&G 2360 parts 1 & 2 or C&G 2330 parts 1,2 & 3 with 17th edition. You will need to have experience within maintenance in commercial buildings preferably in lighting maintenance (but not essential) working with 3-phase power systems. You will enjoy being in a mobile role (usually on your own but working as part of a National and Regional team) covering your own geographical area. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of employment. As your work is managed via a PDA you will also need to be IT literate. Above all you must be an honest, hard working, money motivated individual who understands the value of customer satisfaction whilst some calls earn you more money they all need looking after the same big or small.

First years expected earnings will be in the region of GBP26,000 to GBP36,000 or more including a flexible basic salary of approximately GBP18,500 to GBP22,000 depending upon experience etc) plus an unlimited bonus that will realistically pay between 30% and 70% of the basic This bonus is based on turnover and there will be no shortage of work.. You will also be provided van, uniform, phone, fuel cards and PPE equipment. We expect engineers to provide their own hand tools. We use a paperless system whereby the engineers use PDA's to compete all of their job sheets so applicants must be computer literate.
On top of your Basic our average Engineers earn between GBP7k and GBP8,000 bonus the very good earn GBP8k to GBP10,000 and the exceptional earn between GBP10,000 and GBP15,000 Bonus per year.
