This is a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter to manage, run, gain equity and shares in their own healthcare recruitment branch.
This is a model that has been successfully implemented in other areas of the country and would certainly appeal to an experienced recruiter who wants to have the opportunity to run their business as their own without the associated risks of setting up by yourself.
You will have an already established brand identity, website, pay roll, compliance market, all current job boards and support. You will be in control of your own profit and loss, staff hires and the tone in which you wish to move your business forward.
You will be a shareholder in the branch and as such be set up with companies house as a shareholder. (10% of profit)
The Healthcare sector has changed dramatically over the last few years and as such this agency has taken the steps to get on the main local NHS frame work agreements to supply Nurses, they have also invested heavily into the private sector and secured PSL agreements with some of the UK's leading care home organisations.
In terms of salary as you will receive and monthly wage along with a monthly divided, you will also receive a quarterly dividend share pay-out based on profits of you branch. For example you would have a base salary GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + a quarterly dividend of profits a comparable
You will have full financial support and backing to make your business successful, there is no finical investment from yourself only your knowledge, expertise and determination.
You will be part of the process of looking for new offices ideally one that has excellent footfall and links to roads, parking etc.
This would certainly be a draw to perhaps a current Healthcare recruitment manager that has gone as far they can in their current role or perhaps wants the opportunity to earn more and truly be their own boss.
