Recruitment Resourcer, MediaCity, Manchester

Since 2003, we have been a major player in the provision of IT recruitment services across the UK.

You will work from a new plush MediaCityUK (Salford Quays, Manchester) top floor office, which was custom designed with park-themed chillout areas which include a pool table, playstations, Wii area, beauty parlour, table tennis, on site bar and restaurant and state of the art working areas.

Your role would be to provide candidate resourcing and IT recruitment services to one of our senior team, with some client contact. There are also administrative duties involved.

You need:

Experience in a recruitment environment
A degree qualification (or you will instead be of graduate calibre)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some previous experience of working to targets or evidence of the desire to achieve

This role does NOT require you to win new business from other customers, however in future you may wish to move into a 360 position with us as a trainee recruitment consultant, a career route leading to fantastic opportunities (top performers can earn five figure monthly pay cheques!)

You must be IT literate with MS Word, the Internet and MS Outlook to intermediate/advanced level. You must have the ability to manage a high workload to tight timescales.
