An award winning maintenance contractor is currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work on decent home and refurbishment projects.
Your role will be include liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients and ensuring projects meet costs, profitability and value requirements.
You should be a self motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to demanding timescales.
You should have proven experience in construction and refurbishment projects, although our client will consider all levels of candidate for the role.
