Sales Manager

Our client is a Nottingham based security company with vast experience in the UK security sector. They are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales Manager to join their team. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time communicating with both new and existing customers out on the road and over the telephone.

The successful candidate will have:

- excellent sales and negotiation skills
- the ability to motivate and lead a team
- excellent communication and 'people skills'
- good planning and organisational skills
- the ability to work calmly under pressure
- full clean, driving licence.
- construction/security experience

The successful candidate will be an outgoing and confident sales person capable of working on their own initiative. They will have lots of ideas particularly focussed around our client's relevant industries - manned guarding, CCTV, electronics. You will also be IT literate with good office skills.

In return, out client is offering a competitive remuneration package with a basic salary of ??18000 with a realistic OTE of ??10000 per year.
