A specialist Finance & Accountancy Recruitment Consultancy based on the South Coast are looking for an experienced 360?? Recruitment Consultant to join their Accountancy and Finance team.
You will be recruiting on a permanent desk across the South Coast; working with an array of different companies within the private sector. You will be working alongside a team of other consultants in an office of 8+ people which has a great working atmosphere!
The role will include business development, candidate sourcing and building existing client relationships and the opportunity to grow a desk on the South Coast.
The Ideal Candidate?
- Recruitment experience within Accountancy and Finance or a professional sector
- Proven billing history
- Can engage with clients at all levels
- Research and develop new business
- Locate potential candidates
- Understand clients' and candidates' situations and needs
- Offer advice based on these needs and the context of your own market knowledge.
- Experienced in a full 360?? Recruitment Consultant Role
