Senior Quantity Surveyor
Principal Contractor require a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is experienced with Civils projects including Groundworks, Piling and small Civils works. Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects in the Essex area, sectors ranging from Education to Residential Developments and Roads/Highways. Quantity Surveyors will be expected to have the ability to work autonomously, with a great deal of responsibility being handed over from the Construction Build Manager who really needs a solid pair of hands he can rely on. Knowledge of current forms of contract (JCT, NEC) and potentially some existing sub-contractor relationships would be of great benefit although not essential.
