Ivory Jacobs are currently recruiting for a client who are based in the Southampton area. They are currently offering a unique opportunity for their Rail team where you can progress this into your own division, grow & recruit your own staff and manage it as your own business essentially. You will have complete autonomy over how quick or how slow you want to grow this area, and to whether you want to focus on Perm or Contract or BOTH! There are no restrictions!
For this role you do need to have at least 1 years' experience within recruitment with a proven billings history & experience within a similar sector to Rail, it would be an advantage if you have worked in this sector before of course. The desk is ready to go with Key clients already in place.
What is essential for this role?
- At least 1 years' experience with recruitment
- Good billings history
- Rail sector would be an advantage but a similar technical background would be equally as good.
- Ambition and Drive to grow and build a team within a growing successful company
- Money Motivated is a MUST!
