Recruitment Consultant - 2+ Years Exp
Location: Watford
How much: GBP25,000 basic salary, OTE GBP50,000 Year 1, GBP70,000 Year 2, GBP97,000+ Year 3.
Position: Graduate/ Recruitment Consultant

??Building up a network of clients and candidates
??Resourcing candidates
??Headhunting/ Database/ Advertising/ Networking
??Cold calling new managers to start to build your own desk
??Develop existing relationships with candidates and clients
??Build your specialist knowledge (you are not expected to already possess this)
Profile Requirements:
As a Recruitment Consultant this role is high pressured, yet highly rewarding. You will be working towards your first promotion from day one.
