Job Summary
An established international company within the travel insurance and emergency medical assistance industry is currently seeking compassionate and professional claims handlers to join one of their specialist teams, managing a portfolio of claims which have been identified as complex or technical.
Role Responsibilities
- You will manage a caseload of claims which have been identified as complex or technical
- You will contribute to the overall performance of the Technical team
- You will provide compassionate assistance to customers who may be distressed
- You will liaise with 3rd party insurance providers in order to resolve case
- You will be required to take part in standard monthly technical and quality audits as required
Person Specification
The individual should have a good standard of education and be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- You will ideally have experience handling claims and liaising with 3rd party providers
- You must be organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload
- You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written
- You will have a "can do" attitude and be very customer focused
