** Exciting opportunity to work in a versatile Client Support and Administrative Assistant role **

The Company:

Main duties:
This is a versatile role working alongside the Customer Support Team as well as the Administrative Team within an excellent international company.

The Role:
-To provide full support to our brand ambassadors in resolving various queries
-To address internal and external customer general queries received via phone and e-mail
-To investigate returns issues, billing issues and other general matters
-To keep in line with company’s process and follow up on disputes
-To provide a high level of customer experience and offer innovative solutions
-To accurately record all client cases, follow-up and closure
-To identify improvement of the customer policies, procedures and standards
-To undertake general administrative activities
-To assist in ad-hoc and general office duties
-To support with minor accounting duties such as invoicing, billing, expenses claims, travels organisation and other miscellaneous costs

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French is essential (written and spoken)
- Competency in Italian language is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Matured understanding of all walks of life and good sense of humour
- IT literate

Salary: €24K- €27k pa Depending on experience
