Modis are immediately recruiting for an Automotive engineer with Body Systems experience.
Based close to Guildford, the client not only works with a large Automotive OEM but also have independent projects that they design, develop and manufacture for their Design & Engineering Technical Centre.
The successful candidate will be contracted to work on a customer project, working as part of a team on the project vehicle design from an Body Systems perspective, and would be part of a structured team which is responsible for all body panels, hardware and sealing.
As well as having experience with the above, experienced candidates will be expected to have several years experience in automotive design, particularly in Body and Closures design.

*Catia V5
*Whole vehicle design
*GD&T
*Mouldings, Jigs and Fixtures, Low volume tooling
*Body & Closures design - body panels, hardware and sealing
