Store Manager - Beauty

Our client, a well known beauty  retailer has a rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join their busy and established store in Bristol. The successful Store Manager will receive a basic salary of up to £27,000 + Benefits (D.O.E)

Responsibilities as Store Manager include:

-          Driving and motivating the team to achieve individual and business KPIs

-          Recruitment, staff training and conducting personal development plans to develop the team

-          The role will report into the Regional Manager

-          Organising staff rotas to ensuring operational excellence at all times

-          Monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability at all times

-          Ensuring visual merchandising levels are to company standard

-          Identifying new business opportunities to drive company sales

The successful Store Manager will have the following skills:

-          At least 3 years experience at Store Manager level ideally from within a beauty environment

-          Self Motivated and always seeking to exceed company set objectives to add value to the business

-          Full UK Driving License

-          Friendly and approachable character and able to build long lasting relationships with clients
