2^nd/3rd Line Support Engineer– Luton, Bedfordshire – £30-40k plus package

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Global organization in their IT Infrastructure  team.

You will analyse and resolve complex problems in a team environment and consult co-workers and procedures to optimize problem resolution.  You will work closely with the business to provide reliable and timely technical support, learn more about the business requirements and systems.  This helps our business and customers to experience high satisfaction.

You will be required to provide user support with email and instant messaging communications on laptops, tablets and mobiles.  This can be helping with Joiners, Movers and Leavers, or with new technology.  Most incidents involve solutions to be implemented in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Lync or Good Dynamics.
