Due to our continued success, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a business development expert to join our growing business, performing a key role in our growth plans and reporting straight to the founder and board. You will be in a position where you will receive a high level of support, coaching and development to progress your career and you will define your own success through the partnerships you win.  This is a newly created position where the right person could really make their mark

CV Knowhow are the UK’s leading professional cv writing business, we support job seekers in their search for a new role by working with them to provide with a relevant and effective CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letters and interview coaching. We have experienced year on year growth and due to continued investment we are looking for someone to develop our partnership relationships with job boards and other platforms.

We are a small, dedicated and passionate team of 20 who truly believe in the value we bring to job seekers so it’s essential you share our focus, determination, passion, honesty and drive to be successful and to grow.

You must have a track record in sourcing your own leads, mapping out decision makers, approaching these people, building relationships, converting a conversation to a sale or a meeting. There is no cost to what you are selling, you will be offering a revenue share opportunity to potential partners with various other benefits so this role is all about being able to demonstrate the benefits of the partnership over the phone and also in person, so you will need very strong interpersonal communication skills.

It will help if you have strong knowledge of the recruitment sector and a track record in B2B sales. This is a KPI driven role so you must enjoy the challenge of exceeding clear daily and weekly targets in order to be successful.

You will have a clear induction programme and receive competitive and uncapped commission in this role. You will need the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle.
