They are now looking for a determined, passionate Supply Chain Manager to join the team, and help them grow the business even more!
Description
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end to end Supply Chain, covering: demand & supply planning, logistics, inventory management, customer service and NPI. They will manage a team of 3 people, coaching and developing them to improve customer service and continually develop more efficient processes.
The main focuses will be around managing demand, inventory and supply across a complex network of sales channels - including direct market management, ecommerce and distributor models - constantly striving to increase service and reduce costs.
Profile
What kind of candidate are they looking for?
Someone with end to end Supply Chain experience, preferably having seen best practice in a large company combined with exposure to an SME environment.
A highly analytical person, excellent with Excel and with strong demand planning skills.
Great communication, and experience dealing with international stakeholders.
A good track record of project management (although a formal qualification isn't required!).
Job Offer
In return, the Supply Chain Manager will earn between GBP40k and GBP45k, plus bonus and benefits, and will be based in the office in South West London.
