Architect Technicians / Technical Managers
Our client is one of the UK's leading national home builders. Due to their continued success they are experiencing fantastic growth throughout their northern business group. In order to meet this growing demand they are looking for Architectural Technicians and Technical Managers to join their experienced design team based in Warrington, to work on a wide variety of prime rental properties.
Person Specification / Essential Experience :
- Relevant HNC/HND or BSc qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an architectural technician.
- Previous experience of working for a house builder / developer would be preferred.
- Must be proficient in use of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Sketchup would also be helpful.
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Planning laws and NHBC requirements related to housing and low rise apartments.
- Experience of producing full detailed design packs, layouts and conveyance plans
- Full UK Driving licence
