We are hoping to hear from outstanding leaders with a strong work ethic who are willing to work in an environment where expectations on standards and results are high. You must be currently operating in a management position within footwear, fashion, jewellery, accessories, or lingerie retail.
You will have proven success of achieving or succeeding KPIs and have the ability to influence & increase sales, conversion, and productivity in a one-2-one sales environment. We are looking for someone with strong management skills who has had exposure to managing all areas of staff and store performance; you will be a natural leader and drive your team to succeed.
