The Express Lifts Alliance group, provides multi-disciplined lift management services throughout the UK. Our core business is the supply of a full scope of lift maintenance, modernisation & installation services to both public and private sector businesses across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Express Lifts Alliance is formed of a combination of well-known brands which include PDERS, Foster & Cross Lifts, Axis, Triangle and Abbey Liftcare, Together, we are a customer driven company, supported by the adoption of partnering principles and the concept of best value.
Triangle Lift Services, part of the Express Lifts Alliance Group, is currently seeking to recruit a talented Repair Manager to be based out of our Clevedon office.
Your prime responsibility will be the leadership and management of the field operations teams to ensure project delivery for repairs.
If you are not from the lift industry then it is essential that you have electro-mechanical experience, understanding the technical side of repair projects. You will have project management experience and be able to demonstrate that you have successfully managed field engineers.
Your personal traits are also important to us and therefore you will be a highly effective communicator, who can be assertive when required and understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service. You will also be commercially astute with the ability to maximise profitable revenue and be able to deliver results in a customer facing capacity where long term relationship building is key. You will be highly organised, IT literate and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organisation
