The Company
Our client is a dynamic International company within the health, longevity, and lifestyle industry.

Main duties
To respond proactively to customer requirements, our client is currently seeking Customer Service Advisor (Spanish and Italian Speaking) to work in their international customer service team, based in Cambridgeshire.

The Role
- To receive customer orders via telephone and email.
- To process customer orders and queries
- To develop/maintain positive relationships with key customers
- To ensure they receive high standard of service.

The Candidate
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian (Written & spoken)
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- Customer Service experience preferred (but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners
- Customer oriented
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
