Senior Fund Controller - Real Estate (Exclusive Assignment)

This is an exclusive assignment for a US Global Private Equity house that has a London HQ. There a leading player in the market and their reputation speaks for itself. They are looking for a commercial Financial Controller; someone who wants to get closer to the deals, is familiar with different fund structures and can be relied upon to successfully review the work of the third party fund administrators.

This Private Equity house has a number of investment strategies across the alternative investment space with several successful private equity funds as well as a couple of European Real Estate funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for their latest PE fund that will be launching imminently and get exposure to these deals.

This role is away from the number crunching. You will be responsible for reviewing, not preparing, the fund accounts to give you time to focus on supporting transactions through fund structuring and valuation work. You will also be expected to take part in the preparing of the on going budgeting and forecasting of all the European Funds.

This is a commercial role that is suited to someone with at least 7 years post qualified experience. The rest of the team is ACA so this is preferred however; they are open if someone has the desired experience. The salary is open, competitive and dependant on a candidate's current salary.
