Responsibilities

* Delivery of client professional service
* Responsible, alongside the Development Manager, for delivery of the development program to your analysts in accordance with the delivery program
* Guiding and coaching up to 30 analysts to increase professional and technical capability
* Delivering service quality assurance company clients
* Performing monthly performance and annual reviews for your analysts
* Client site visits to provide face time with analysts and visibility of development program activities to our clients
* Cultivating relationships with stakeholders across our existing client portfolio Providing them with visibility of the Company service proposition
* Escalation of delivery risks to the Client Partner
* Working closely with Client Partners to support monthly reporting and commercial proposals
* Highlighting and driving opportunities for account development
* Reviewing client feedback on analyst performance and progress appropriate course of action
* Working closely with the Delivery team and Development Partner to effectively implement change
* Involvement in planning of resource and capacity across your Region to maximize utilisation with the Talent Acquisition Manager
* Driving engagement and a culture of continuous improvement across your Region

Required Experience

* Previous experience of leading large teams and managing performance
