CNC Operative / Programmer

This is an opportunity to join the largest supplier to the UK's jewellery industry, offering customers over 16,000 products in various precious metals including silver, gold, palladium and platinum.

They require an experienced CNC operative to set, programme and operate their machines to produce wedding rings for stock and bespoke customer orders.

The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record as a CNC operative
- The ability to write and edit programmes
- Knowledge of CAD would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good general standard of education particularly maths

The salary will be reviewed dependent on the candidates experience. They offer up to 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a Company Pension Scheme with employer contributions matched up to 8% and Life Assurance.

The working week totals 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. You will need a flexible approach as there may be some evening shifts in peak periods.

A CRB check will be carried out and must come clear to be successful in this position. You must have a solid work history and be able to provide references.
