Part Time Duty Manager

We are TeamSport Indoor Karting and for over 20 years, we’ve been running awesome tracks across the UK supported by state of the art karts and amazing staff at each site. We are now recruiting 1 part time Duty Manager for our  Warrington,  track, with shifts that must cover the weekends and other times during the week with a minimum of 20 hours available. 

Leading by example, you’ll inspire employees to keep our customers’ hearts racing and adrenaline pumping, and with 1000m of awesome track to play with, that shouldn’t be too hard. 

As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the track from:

-          Supervision and stock taking of the snack bar to re-fuel our customers 

-          Energising and coordinating staff on shift to engage with our customers and offer a ‘peak performance’

-          Ensuring that customers and staff comply with our H&S standards 

-          Up-selling TeamSport’s awesome products and events

We are looking for people driven by excellent customer service with the ability to grow and develop themselves and the teams around them. We are a growing company with management development programmes that allow staff to move to the next role.
