We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Exec ( Business Graduate ) to join a leading and expanding Chartered Surveyors Company.  The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £17,000 - £19,000 + benefits and excellent career development and future prospects.

You will be based in their Head Office in St Helens.

Our Client is an established Chartered Surveyors operating across the UK.  They are a family based Company based in the North West of England.  The ideal Customer Experience Exec ( Business Graduate ) will either be a recent Business Graduate or have experience within a similar discipline.

The successful Customer Experience Exec ( Business Graduate ) will be responsible for ensuring that clients/customers are fully satisfied with the Company’s products and services.  You will liaise with the Surveyors on a daily basis to ensure they deliver a consistent service.

The successful Customer Experience Exec ( Business Graduate ) will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

- A degree in business related fields (or experience in a similar discipline)

- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner

- Strong written English skills
- A professional approach
- A positive and outgoing personality
- Competent with Microsoft office package
