We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work within our internal recruitment team here at Capita Customer Management, part of Capita Plc based at Preston Brook, Runcorn. The Recruitment Administrator will provide a proactive and efficient recruitment administrative service to our key customers:

- Potential Candidates
- Operations teams
- Support area teams
- External organisations

What you will do:

- New starter documentation - offers, ID/passport checks
- Create and issue contracts
- New Starter on-boarding - new starter check ins
- Scanning: resourcing documentation; candidate documents
- Data input: recording RTW/FN documents within the applicant tracking system
- Compliance - Conduct Pre-Employment Screening checks for all new starters
- Liaise with Security Watchdog and manage the administration associated with offers of employment, credit checking and references to maintain the quality of candidates and present a professional service.
- Monitor the recruitment processes closely at all stages and provide progress reports to the Team Manager / Resourcing Manager on a regular basis.
- Act as first point of contact for all queries regarding recruitment and induction process so that line managers and new starters in the appropriate region.
- Ensure effective timely communication of new starter information is supplied to key stakeholders within the business.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and suppliers to meet business needs.
- Audit and process all new starter documentation to ensure compliance and adherence to Capita Group Pre-Employment Screening Policy
- Provide ad-hoc client specific MI reports using the ATS or excel.
- Support resourcing function by attaching candidates to relevant requisition in ATS (replaces shift sheet allocation)
- Occassional travel to Preston and Bury sites to conduct new starter check ins

Your experience will include:

- Initiative and ability to identify solve and escalate problems accordingly.
- Excellent planning, organisation and administration skills.
- Car driver as some travel to other sites will be required.
- A methodical and organised approach to work is essential to enable a proactive service to be delivered.
- Act with professionalism and a confidential approach in all aspects of work.
- Confident and responsive manner.
- Ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst managing workloads.
- Working knowledge/application of Microsoft Office
- Administrative experience within a HR/Recruitment office environment essential
- Experience of an Applicant Tracking System desirable
- GCSE grades A-C (Inc. Maths & English)
