Pertemps client, a well-known Public Sector organisation based in Edinburgh is seeking to recruit a HR Assistant on a F/T temporary basis.
Purpose of the role:
To provide the employee relations support to the organisation including absence management, disciplinary and grievance, maternity leave.
Your new role/Duties
- strong administrative skills including verbal and writing
- Strong understanding of confidentiality at all times
- Attention to detail
- accurate record keeping
Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in all Microsoft office packages
- Experience of a high volume work load
- Experience of working with the organisations policies and procedures
