Supporting a team of Professional Consulting Engineers this role includes administration tasks such as typing, telephone answering, filing, liaising with customers and internal staff.  An eye for detail is essential and a diligent professional approach.  A good telephone manner and written English language skills are required, plus a good understanding of basic mathematics would be beneficial.  Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also required, a knowledge of PDF and picture editing software would be useful.

Working along side a team of existing administration staff the role will involve using initiative as well as working with others and the ability to self manage to ensure all tasks are completed is essential.

The right candidate would have the opportunity to work for a well established and growing engineering consultancy business within Derby City Centre and would benefit from a permanent full time position with generous pension and holiday entitlement.
