Our Field Operations teams are the face of Rushlift and we they always operate to the highest of standards. We're looking for a talented individual who has a passion for delivering excellent service and resolving problems speedily and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Depot Manager with all aspects of operational field activity
- Ensuring the delivery of service excellence to our customers
- Supplying cost effective solutions to any problems found
- Covering for the Depot Manager when required
- Providing daily support to the Operation Controllers
- Assisting with all forms of customer care
- Assisting with all Engineer communications
- Liaising with our Technical and Training Manager to develop and manage the technical skills of the existing workforce to continually support improvement
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of automotive, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and components
- Excellent customer service skills
- Management experience
