We're seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer in the South, ideally based in the Winchester, Basingstoke area, to join a well established HVAC / M&E Contractor who specialise in commercial premises.
The role will be working across the regions of Winchester, Basingstoke, Southampton and on some occasions London, on the service, repair and maintenance of commercial plumbing, heating and plant room equipment. The company have a variety of contracts, but are particularly strong in environments such as data centres, offices and other commercial environments.
You need to be experienced and well qualified for this Commercial Gas Engineer role, included gas tickets with at least a year left to run.
Commercial Gas Engineers Package:
Basic salary GBP32K - GBP36K
Company vehicle
Overtime available
Travel paid
Pension
Bonus option
Commercial Gas Engineers Role:
- Field based covering the West Midlands & parts of the South West.
- Scheduled maintenance tasks and responding to reactive breakdowns
- Working on commercial boilers and heating equipment
- Fault finding and trouble shooting on heating systems
- Ensuring all paperwork is complete for work carried out
Commercial Gas Engineers Requirements:
- Worked on contracts in Commercial, Industrial, Public Sector & Retail
- MUST hold ACS Commercial gas qualifications (with at least a year left to run)
- COCN1 or COCDN1 is essential
- Full UK driving license
- Happy to be part of a call-out rota
