Mortgage Advice Bureau are a multi award winning National Mortgage Broker, with over 800 advisors across the UK arranging approximately GBP10 billion worth of mortgages per annum. We are an expert mortgage broker that has access to over 90 UK lenders.
Due to continued success and business growth, we are now looking to add a qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team in Doncaster.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:
In this position, you will provide an advised service to all new customers searching over 90 UK lenders offering a variety of mortgage products. The role is based in a modern, professional and comfortable office environment. It is a fast paced but fulfilling taking numerous new applications on a daily basis and converting those enquiries to advised mortgage sales. The role involves managing the front-end sales process through to liaising with dedicated Support staff who will assist you to process all applications through to completion stage.
The ideal Mortgage Advisor:
To be successful for this role, you will need proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor within the past 12 months and possess a CEMAP qualification. You could be from a banking background, within a brokerage or even as an IFA. However, if you have had a break in advising and are return to the Financial Services industry we would still be interested in speaking to you. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to problem solve and work to your own initiative.
Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary and bonus, with a basic salary of GBP26,000 and Monthly Bonus giving a realistic OTE of between GBP35,000 and GBP40,000 per annum.
